Return Policy

Change of Mind: You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt if you've had a change of heart, no longer require the product, or accidentally ordered the wrong item. The product must be in its original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is not in its original condition, the refund amount will be contingent upon the condition of the item. Additionally, the shipping costs incurred on us when shipping your order will also be deducted from the total refund amount.  
    Faulty or Damaged Items: We accept returns for items that are faulty or have arrived damaged, and we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience. However, if we suspect that the damage occurred during fitment, we reserve the right to withhold the return shipping label. In such cases, you have the option to handle the return independently, with the cost of damaged deflector(s) deducted from the refund amount, or you may opt to purchase a replacement. Please ensure to thoroughly inspect your items for any damages upon receipt and report faulty or damaged products within 14 days and before attempting to fit the item. Damaged items reported after fitment will be assumed to have been damaged during fitment.
      Experiencing an Issue: If you encounter any problems with your product, please reach out to us for assistance. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund and provide a return shipping label.
        Refusal to Attempt Issue Resolution: In the event you refuse to collaborate in resolving an issue, returns will still be accepted. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund amount will be contingent upon the item's condition.

          Prior Approval Required: Please reach out to us to initiate the return process. Please note that returns requested after 30 days from the date of purchase may be subject to denial at our discretion. Items must be returned within 14 days when approval is given.

           

          Exchange Policy

          If you've purchased an incorrect item, we're happy to facilitate an exchange for the correct one. You'll need to return the item yourself and cover the shipping costs for the replacement as well. Please ensure the item being returned is in its original, undamaged, and unused condition. In the event of any damage or use to the item, you'll be required to cover those costs before we can proceed with the exchange.


          Should we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, simply reach out, and we'll arrange for an exchange, providing a return label for the incorrect item and shipping the correct one to you promptly, with no additional cost on your end.
